Manage legal projects end to end, including planning, scheduling, budgets, risks, issues, changes, reporting, stakeholder communication, team productivity, training, and closeout. Partner with clients to understand challenges and develop practical solutions. Support business development through scope definition, requirements identification, and solution documentation. Contribute to PMO process improvement, training, and internal projects while developing toward program or portfolio management responsibilities.

Reviews, drafts, and negotiates commercial agreements end-to-end, identifies legal and commercial risks, and proposes practical mitigations. Uses AI-enabled legal technology and CLM workflows to improve contracting efficiency. Supports project delivery by guiding junior team members, coordinating tasks, maintaining quality, managing stakeholders, and contributing to playbooks, remediation projects, and workflow improvements.
