Leads Cognia’s full finance function across the UK and South Africa, including financial strategy, planning, reporting, group accounting, pricing, treasury, governance, compliance, risk, and operational optimization. Partners with executives to drive profitable growth, improve financial performance, manage liquidity, oversee technology and business operations, and build a high-performing finance team.

Reviews, drafts, negotiates, and manages commercial agreements for corporate and financial institution clients. Identifies contractual risks, supports contract lifecycle management, abstraction, remediation, data capture, and administration, and uses legal technology and AI-enabled tools to improve delivery. Collaborates with legal teams, project managers, technologists, and stakeholders on high-volume projects while maintaining accuracy and commercial awareness.

Manage legal projects end to end, including planning, scheduling, budgets, risks, issues, changes, reporting, stakeholder communication, team productivity, training, and closeout. Partner with clients to understand challenges and develop practical solutions. Support business development through scope definition, requirements identification, and solution documentation. Contribute to PMO process improvement, training, and internal projects while developing toward program or portfolio management responsibilities.
