Leads complex product development projects from concept through commercialization, serving as the primary technical customer interface. Oversees requirements, design documentation, risk management, verification, change control, design-for-excellence initiatives, and technical deliverables. Provides technical leadership across multidisciplinary engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and program management teams. Supports project planning, scope assessment, resource allocation, customer negotiations, project documentation, ISO-compliant project history files, and project closeout improvements.

Supports manufacturing engineering activities for assigned product accounts, including engineering change orders, BOMs, production documentation, process validation, PFMEAs, risk analyses, troubleshooting, lean manufacturing, equipment updates, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with program management, quality, operations, customers, and suppliers to implement compliant production processes, resolve issues, train personnel, and support product launches and transfers.

Evaluates, develops, and improves manufacturing processes for electro-mechanical products. Responsibilities include process design, testing, quality assurance, costing, documentation, DFMA, equipment maintenance coordination, troubleshooting assembly issues, continuous improvement, and technician oversight. The role supports production personnel and program managers while maintaining bills of material, work instructions, test procedures, and manufacturing records in an ISO-regulated environment.
