Evaluates and improves manufacturing processes for new product development and introduction. Creates assembly and process flow diagrams, work instructions, bills of material, quality checks, and tooling requirements. Partners with design, quality, program, and production teams to support design for manufacturing, pilot builds, production transitions, risk reduction, troubleshooting, and cost reduction. Provides technical guidance to technicians and assembly personnel and may conduct assembly time studies.

Leads complex product development projects from concept through commercialization, serving as the primary technical customer interface. Oversees requirements, design documentation, risk management, verification, change control, design-for-excellence initiatives, and technical deliverables. Provides technical leadership across multidisciplinary engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and program management teams. Supports project planning, scope assessment, resource allocation, customer negotiations, project documentation, ISO-compliant project history files, and project closeout improvements.

Process bi-weekly payroll, reconcile payroll and cash transactions, prepare general ledger entries, manage benefits deductions and 401(k) funding, administer garnishments, validate time records, generate reports, support ADP users, and maintain employee data in ADP and UKG systems. Ensure compliance with payroll tax, wage and hour, garnishment, and IRS requirements while handling adjustments, verifications, and benefits invoices.
