Provides executive and administrative support to the Office of Defense Nuclear Security, coordinating correspondence, communications, briefings, reports, recognition programs, and responses to stakeholders. Tracks deadlines, analyzes program effectiveness, advises leadership on sensitive issues, supports policy implementation, and represents the Chief of Staff in meetings. The role requires strong writing, editing, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint, federal experience, and an active high-level security clearance.

Lead coordination and management of INSITE safeguards projects, serve as primary interface with DOE/NNSA labs and subcontractors, oversee budget planning and reporting, provide analytical and strategic support for international nuclear safeguards implementation and evaluation, and contribute to long-term program strategy.

Manage munitions and pyrotechnics inventory using automated systems; coordinate shipping/receiving per CFR 49; perform inspections and recordkeeping; operate forklifts and hazardous-material transport vehicles; maintain CDL and DOT compliance; support customer needs and ensure safety, security, and regulatory compliance.
