Supports integrated corporate communications and investor relations for a publicly traded biotech company. Responsibilities include developing messaging, drafting press releases, managing social media and digital communications, coordinating earnings events and healthcare conferences, maintaining investor materials and databases, and supporting cross-functional review processes. The role requires strong writing, biotech communications experience, knowledge of clinical development milestones, social media execution, investor relations analytics, and proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.

Provides scientific and technical leadership for GMP Quality Control supporting clinical and commercial manufacturing. Leads analytical method transfers, qualification, validation, lifecycle management, release and stability testing, investigations, CAPAs, regulatory documentation, and external laboratory oversight. Collaborates with CMC, Analytical Development, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, CMOs, and CROs while supporting inspections, continuous improvement, and mentoring junior staff.

Provides broad in-house legal counsel for a biotechnology company, drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing complex commercial, research, clinical, licensing, vendor, and collaboration agreements. Advises cross-functional teams on strategic transactions, legal and regulatory matters, privacy, and risk mitigation. Develops contract templates and legal guidance while independently leading negotiations and supporting business growth during the company’s transition to commercial operations.
