Responsibilities include coaching specialists, defining future skills, designing scalable data pipelines and infrastructure, establishing engineering standards, partnering on architecture, improving data quality, supporting governance and privacy, and collaborating with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders. The role also supports performance management, workforce planning, recruitment, and talent development.

Operates and monitors radio broadcast systems, corrects commercial logs in Dalet, verifies broadcast platforms, responds to service requests and Davicom telemetry alerts, coordinates technical issues, and documents anomalies. Requires broadcast operations experience, familiarity with broadcast clocks and specified software, problem-solving ability, and availability for variable evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
