Track pipeline data, optimize sourcing methods, experiment with recruiting tools, and deliver a strong candidate experience while adapting to changing priorities.

Own finance, accounting, revenue operations, and company operations for a growing B2B SaaS company. Responsibilities include monthly close, AP/AR, billing, collections, revenue recognition, cash management, tax and compliance coordination, financial reporting, forecasting, deal desk, SaaS metrics, cross-functional process improvement, vendor oversight, and board support.
