Leads mechanical engineering design and delivery for complex healthcare, federal, higher education, industrial, and mission-critical projects. Oversees HVAC, plumbing, and central utility systems; manages scope, budgets, schedules, teams, calculations, code compliance, construction administration, and commissioning. Mentors engineers, supports business development and recruiting, develops client relationships, and contributes to expanding the Dallas mechanical engineering practice.

Leads electrical engineering projects and multidisciplinary teams, providing technical oversight, design guidance, quality control, and client collaboration. Conducts site visits, develops coordinated electrical solutions, mentors engineers and designers, prepares proposals, supports business development, and helps shape the Boise office’s growth and strategic direction. Projects include healthcare, manufacturing, data centers, higher education, federal/DoD, and critical power facilities.

Designs and oversees electrical systems for commercial, institutional, healthcare, data center, and other projects. Responsibilities include power and lighting design, load calculations, construction documents, power studies, equipment layouts, QA/QC, code compliance, client and authority coordination, site visits, construction support, and supervision of junior staff. The engineer manages multiple projects, leads meetings, reviews submittals, responds to RFIs, and provides technical guidance across multidisciplinary teams.
