Manage and grow relationships with assigned mid-market clients, drive revenue through strategic account plans, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, conduct senior-level negotiations, monitor KPIs and reporting, collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions, ensure regulatory (FCA) compliance, and contribute to mid-market marketing strategies.

Lead cross-functional Lean Six Sigma projects end-to-end to improve quality, efficiency, cost, and customer outcomes. Apply DMAIC, Kaizen, value stream mapping and root cause analysis; design automated, AI-enabled processes; partner with stakeholders to define metrics, validate benefits, and drive adoption while coaching Green/Yellow Belt teams.

Lead and grow the Business Information team across UK & Ireland (~16 people), drive B2B sales, business development, and marketing alignment, own P&L and financial performance, collaborate with global product teams, gather customer feedback for product roadmap, and recruit and develop high-performing sales, marketing and data talent.
