Lead business information sales in Lima by developing market-expansion strategies, pursuing B2B opportunities with C-level decision-makers, managing the full sales cycle, and maintaining customer relationships. Collaborate on solution implementation, analyze markets and competitors, prepare proposals and demonstrations, track forecasts and KPIs, represent the company at industry events, and provide expert product guidance.

Manage the post-sales customer journey for Business Information solutions, including onboarding, training, adoption, usage monitoring, functional support, and customer health. Coordinate with account management, product, technical, and operational teams; communicate progress and resolve issues; gather feedback; identify risks and expansion opportunities; and maintain accurate CRM and support records. Success is measured through activation, product adoption, satisfaction, risk management, and renewal support.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions for Coface’s EASY corporate reference database. Produce solution specifications, assess impacts, support Agile development teams, and contribute to application modernization, architecture alignment, integration, security, performance, and incident resolution. The role collaborates with enterprise architects, international stakeholders, business analysts, development teams, and external partners.
