Assists with daily restaurant operations and staff supervision, including scheduling, hiring, training, coaching, cashiering, payroll monitoring, regulatory compliance, guest service, complaint resolution, food quality oversight, POS corrections, and shift reporting. The role works on the restaurant floor and supports all positions as needed in a busy casino environment.

Patrols, inspects, and secures a casino resort property while protecting guests, employees, and assets. Enforces policies, reports incidents, maintains order, operates fire and security systems, and supports emergency evacuation procedures. The role requires customer service, clear communication, basic computer skills, physical fitness, calm decision-making, and completion of security, first aid, de-escalation, and defensive tactics training.

Exchanges and transports cash boxes from gaming machines, ATMs, JXCs, and ticket kiosks; counts, verifies, bundles, and reconciles currency and tickets; maintains machine cash inventories and equipment; prepares audit documentation; transfers totals into the IGT Acres system; and coordinates with Revenue Audit, Cage, and Credit personnel. The role requires physical handling of equipment and currency, accurate data entry, teamwork, and adherence to gaming policies.
