Teams at Coefficient Giving

Represent Coefficient Giving to candidates, hiring managers, and partners across sourcing (pipeline development) and round management. Own sourcing, partnerships, events, reporting, project and stakeholder management, candidate evaluation, and recruiting infrastructure improvements. Specialisms may include senior headhunting, recruiting management, and recruiting operations (ATS work). Work is fast-paced, collaborative, and mission-driven.

Lead media relations for Coefficient Giving: serve as spokesperson, pitch and place stories, build journalist relationships, manage reactive press, prepare spokespeople, monitor coverage, and advise on reputational risk while collaborating with the communications team.

Manage core finance operations (invoices, AP, expense review, period-end close, reconciliations, contractor onboarding, documentation) and lead special projects such as tool implementations, multi-entity consolidation, internal controls, audit/tax support, and payroll/benefits systems work. Role split roughly half day-to-day operations and half project work; lead role owns more complex workstreams and may manage staff.
