Contract .NET Engineer responsible for modernizing legacy systems and building cloud-native services on Kubernetes across AWS and Azure. The role involves re-architecting platforms, applying clean architecture, TDD, pairing, and rigorous testing in a regulated financial services environment. Engineers will work alongside client teams within a Codurance delivery squad and must be able to work in Manchester one to two days per week.

Develop scalable .NET backend services and APIs and maintainable Next.js frontend applications. Contribute to architecture, technical design, CI/CD, Agile engineering practices, and system evolution. Apply AI-assisted development techniques, including Specification-Driven Development, to improve coding, testing, debugging, refactoring, and productivity. Collaborate autonomously with engineering teams in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

Lead end-to-end technical recruitment for multiple engineering roles across the UK and Latin America. Source candidates, conduct recruiter interviews, manage pipelines and ATS data, negotiate offers, onboard hires, partner with hiring managers, track recruitment KPIs, and drive process improvements to maintain quality and candidate experience.
