Responsibilities include architecture, authentication and authorization, microservices, serverless systems, APIs, payments, integrations, AWS deployment, AI tooling governance, mentorship, sprint delivery, and client technical engagement. The role requires hands-on development with Node.js, Python, Next.js, React, TanStack, multiple databases, secure coding practices, and agile project management.

Designs and delivers communication, accent, presentation, and soft-skills training; assesses employees, creates development plans, tracks progress, and provides coaching. Leads monthly and quarterly growth reviews, documents feedback, reports outcomes, and recommends curriculum improvements. Supports internal communications, events, CSR activities, campus sessions, onboarding orientation, and performance escalations.
