Research and identify B2B prospects, build and maintain segmented databases, verify contact information, perform data hygiene, and support SDR outbound campaigns. The role involves using prospecting and CRM tools, tracking data quality metrics, and collaborating with SDRs to fulfill targeting requests across healthcare, AI, cybersecurity, and enterprise software markets.

Own and operate AWS production infrastructure for a consumer automotive platform, including networking, load balancing, CDN, IAM, CI/CD, monitoring, incident response, search infrastructure, security, and cloud cost optimization. Partner with offshore DevOps, engineering, and data teams in a follow-the-sun operating model, participate in on-call coverage, and improve production reliability, access controls, and deployment processes.

Manage end-to-end technical recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding, and candidate experience. Coordinate client resource deployment, campus hiring, internships, bootcamp activities, employee insurance, exit processes, engagement initiatives, CSR programs, employer branding, and HR documentation. The role requires collaboration with hiring managers, Sales, Marketing, colleges, vendors, and other stakeholders in a fast-paced IT environment.
