Own financial partner integrations across crypto and fiat payment rails, including APIs, webhooks, reconciliation, and production hardening. Build automation for compliance, back-office operations, trading, treasury, liquidity routing, and risk controls. Establish engineering standards for idempotency, audit trails, fail-closed design, exact decimal arithmetic, and durable workflows. Mentor engineers and maintain secure, reliable systems handling real-money movement.

Own the end-to-end 3P payouts and collections product, including roadmap, specifications, user journeys, financial partner and banking integrations, and launches. Evaluate partners, manage integration strategy, account for flow-of-funds and licensing constraints, and collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and clients. The role requires deep expertise in outbound payouts, inbound collections, virtual accounts, cross-border payment rails, and B2B payments UX.

Build and scale Codex's outbound engine: manage sending infrastructure and deliverability, run lead sourcing/enrichment pipelines, operate multi-channel outreach, own CRM and pipeline delivery, align with sales, and automate GTM workflows using AI and integrations to drive qualified meetings.

Lead end-to-end legal for financial partnerships: draft, negotiate, and execute partner contracts; manage diligence and RFIs; prepare licensing and regulatory memos; advise on product regulatory implications across jurisdictions; maintain standard agreements and brief teams on regulatory changes.

Own end-to-end commercial relationships with institutional and fintech clients across Latin America: source and qualify leads, run outbound and discovery, negotiate pricing, coordinate onboarding to live trading, manage account health and reactivation, attend regional conferences, and surface market intelligence and client feedback to internal teams.
