Build and maintain end-to-end agentic systems and retrieval pipelines to fetch, process, deduplicate, and surface large medical record sets. Work across frontend product and backend pipelines, apply LLMs and applied AI to improve reliability, match patients/facilities across messy networks, and ship customer-facing features while iterating with users.

The role involves managing the retrieval of legal records, ensuring compliance and accuracy, improving processes, and collaborating with teams to enhance operations for clients.

The Operations Lead will manage the Records Retrieval Team, focusing on training, performance tracking, and process optimization, while promoting a strong company culture.
