Build and maintain end-to-end agentic systems and retrieval pipelines to fetch, process, deduplicate, and surface large medical record sets. Work across frontend product and backend pipelines, apply LLMs and applied AI to improve reliability, match patients/facilities across messy networks, and ship customer-facing features while iterating with users.

Own end-to-end product and brand design as the company's first designer. Simplify complex medical and legal workflows, build a design system, prototype rapidly (ideally in code), and layer AI into workflows. Ship quickly with founders, design internal and customer-facing tools, and ensure products scale for thousands of cases.

The Operations Lead will manage the Records Retrieval Team, focusing on training, performance tracking, and process optimization, while promoting a strong company culture.
