Prepare management reports, dashboards, slide decks, financial results, KPI analyses, variance investigations, and ad hoc studies. Provide data-driven insights and predictive analytics for decision-making. Improve and automate processes using UiPath RPA while maintaining system integrity and security. Use SQL, Python, C#, and Java to extract and process data, and support analytics, finance, and cross-functional project teams.

Analyze cellular technology data related to service coverage and user experience. Build business intelligence and analytical datasets, define requirements for additional mobile-app data collection, develop visualization and analytics solutions, present findings to stakeholders, document workflows and data dictionaries, and collaborate with data engineers to optimize data platforms and deliver actionable insights for product development.

Develop and maintain software products using Python. Responsibilities include writing scalable backend code, building responsive web applications, integrating third-party services, testing and debugging programs, improving existing systems, implementing security and data protection solutions, prioritizing features, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver technical solutions.

Performs financial modeling, profitability and margin analysis, costing, performance tracking, and scorecard development. Organizes source data into data marts and supports executive dashboards. Consults with management to translate business needs into strategic and tactical solutions, while contributing to finance initiatives, technology enhancements, policy development, and productivity improvements.

Manage master data, users, roles, datasets, reporting environments, and data quality. Generate and troubleshoot reports, support data warehouse requirements, maintain data integrity and normalization, evaluate system updates, and provide technical expertise in data storage, mining, and cleansing. Train end users on reports and dashboards while translating business requirements into clear, nontechnical recommendations.

Develop and automate procedures for production execution, monitoring, and issue reporting. Ensure UAT and production code migrations follow established procedures, participate in security reviews, analyze business requirements, contribute to solution and design reviews, incorporate security and architectural standards, and follow software development lifecycle controls.

Develop Java-based software using microservices and modern web technologies, including React, TypeScript, JavaScript, GraphQL, Git, Bitbucket, Stash, Splunk, and Visual Studio Code. The role is subject to security restrictions requiring U.S. citizenship.

Develops databases, data collection systems, and analytics processes to improve data quality and efficiency. Extracts, cleans, transforms, profiles, and analyzes large datasets using SQL, Excel, and Access. Collaborates with management to prioritize business and information needs while identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Collaborate with QA, product, and engineering teams to define testing strategies, prioritize product issues using usage data, validate new features and fixes, write test cases, diagnose regressions, report defects, and triage community-reported issues across web, iOS, Android, and macOS platforms.

Provides application and technical support for business systems and JDE users. Assists with point-of-sale, point-solution, and JDE implementations, upgrades, patches, testing, documentation, and process improvement. Supports subsidiary companies through travel, scheduled on-call coverage, and technical emergency response. Requires knowledge of business systems and processes, strong communication and team-building skills, and a bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, management information systems, or a related field.
