Conduct software verification, build software across multiple programming languages, diagnose build issues, and perform manual and automated end-to-end testing. Analyze technical documentation and requirements, identify and report defects, collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, and improve verification practices. The role may also assist with frontend, backend, and DevOps work, including CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance.

Develop and maintain scalable applications across the full software development lifecycle. Build new features using Ruby on Rails and React hosted on AWS, write well-tested and maintainable code, follow product and interaction designs, and contribute autonomously to implementation decisions and code reviews.

Lead technical projects from scoping through delivery and continuous improvement. Coordinate engineering, product, and business teams, translate technical requirements into business outcomes, track milestones and deadlines, resolve technical and organizational obstacles, and ensure high-quality results. The role requires technical fluency, strong communication, organization, analytical thinking, prioritization, and a proactive approach to execution in a remote-first software company.
