Lead and deliver technical projects end-to-end by planning, coordinating, and aligning engineering, product, and business teams. Track progress, remove blockers, translate technical details for stakeholders, solve technical and organizational challenges, and ensure high-quality, on-time outcomes while continuously improving processes.

Develop and maintain backend features across the full SDLC using a Ruby on Rails and React stack on AWS. Collaborate with the team, write well-structured, test-supported code, follow product/process designs, and make autonomous implementation decisions during code reviews.

Design user journeys and craft intuitive, visually appealing interfaces. Collaborate with product and creative leadership to research, prototype, and produce wireframes, mockups, and design assets. Create and document design guidelines and present work to stakeholders for implementation.
