Generate qualified sales leads for Account Executives by prospecting K-12 district administrators, curriculum and CTE leaders, teachers, and school stakeholders. Conduct outbound phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach, create email sequences and campaigns, schedule discovery meetings, cultivate upgrades among free users, and secure referrals. The role requires organized, independent execution and strong communication skills in a fast-paced, in-office environment.

Develop and enhance K-8 computer science curriculum, create instructional materials, align with standards, support teachers, and customize courses for schools.

Lead CodeHS marketing strategy and team to grow awareness, adoption, and engagement across K-12 schools and districts. Own multi-channel campaigns (email, social, content, paid, events), brand positioning, analytics, budgets, and cross-functional alignment. Coach marketers, manage conferences and events, and use data and AI tools to optimize performance and ROI.
