Lead CodeHS marketing strategy and team to grow awareness, adoption, and engagement across K-12 schools and districts. Own multi-channel campaigns (email, social, content, paid, events), brand positioning, analytics, budgets, and cross-functional alignment. Coach marketers, manage conferences and events, and use data and AI tools to optimize performance and ROI.

Manage the full sales cycle to grow K-12 adoption of CodeHS. Prospect, qualify, demo, propose, and close deals with teachers, administrators, and districts. Maintain pipeline and CRM, hit quarterly and annual targets, collaborate with Customer Success, and represent CodeHS at conferences and meetings.

The Customer Success Manager will onboard school customers, manage accounts, enhance satisfaction, facilitate integration, and improve coding education programs. Regular communication with educators and stakeholders is key.
