Design, develop and enhance enterprise solutions on Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse and Power Platform. Build plugins, integrations, model-driven apps and Power Automate flows. Collaborate with Azure integration teams, support CI/CD via Azure DevOps, troubleshoot complex cross-platform issues, mentor engineers, and drive continual platform modernisation and performance improvements.

Coordinate end-to-end change management for managed services: validate RFCs, maintain backlog, obtain approvals, schedule and communicate changes, manage risks and escalations, verify implementations, produce reports and KPIs, and support audits and continual improvement.

Lead end-to-end delivery of large or multiple ERP transformation projects (Dynamics 365 focus). Ensure scope, budget, timeline, quality, governance, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, user adoption, and post-go-live support while mentoring project teams and supporting pre-sales and commercial activities.
