Manage end-to-end corporate AI training programs from post-sale handoff through completion. Responsibilities include translating commercial commitments into execution plans, managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, participant communications, funding and certification requirements, stakeholder governance, and client follow-up. The role coordinates Sales, Delivery, Admissions, institutional partners, and clients while capturing feedback, assessing impact, and improving participant engagement.

Coordinate training programs from post-sale handoff through completion, managing clients, instructors, participants, platforms, materials, logistics, timelines, and reporting. Source, onboard, support, and evaluate instructors while building a teaching talent pipeline. Identify delivery risks, improve processes, and lead operational projects that increase scalability and reliability. The role requires strong organization, stakeholder management, client communication, and Portuguese and English fluency, with hybrid work from Lisbon.
