Lead creation of high-quality technical and thought-leadership content for enterprise audiences. Produce website pages, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and SEO-optimized assets; interview SMEs, collaborate with marketing and engineering, monitor content performance, and use data to refine content strategy to support lead generation and brand positioning.

The Tech Lead will oversee frontend engineering quality, enforce standards, make architectural decisions, and lead teams to deliver solutions using React and Next.js.

Serve as the UK Anchor for Codal’s Lincoln office, managing office operations, culture, internal communications, UK compliance, payroll, onboarding/offboarding, performance cycles (Lattice), QuickBooks reconciliation, local budgeting, and vendor relationships while aligning local people strategy with global programs.
