Process and resolve rejected, denied, and adjudicated medical and behavioral claims; verify member coverage and coordination of benefits; post receipts/EOBs; maintain billing records; reconcile Medicaid ERA/EFTs; communicate with payors and providers; meet production and quality standards. May require CPC duties or Medicaid-specialized processing.

Provide community-based outreach, engagement, assessment, case management, care coordination, and crisis intervention for individuals (including those with OUD). Link members to treatment (including MAT/MOUD), facilitate intake/enrollment, accompany to appointments, document in EHR, support 24/7 lines, and collaborate with clinical teams and community partners.

Performs front- and back-office membership duties: registration, scheduling, insurance verification, benefits screening and enrollment, EHR maintenance, records requests, lobby/customer service, telephonic routing, and member education/referrals. Supports quality management and collaborates with staff to maintain member flow and service delivery.
