The Program Manager will oversee outpatient program operations, supervise staff, ensure clinical quality, manage compliance and sustainability, and engage with community partners.

The Integrated Clinical Specialist provides treatment services for substance use disorders, conducts assessments, manages complex cases, and supports recovery efforts with a multidisciplinary team.

The On-Call Staff Nurse dispenses medication, monitors patient health, participates in treatment meetings, ensures patient safety, and collaborates with medical teams.

Provide hands-on nursing care for individuals in withdrawal or acute intoxication: admission screenings, nursing assessments, monitor withdrawal symptoms, administer medications, document in EMR, respond to crises, coordinate care and transfers, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and provide sobering medical monitoring to ensure patient safety and stabilization.

Provide peer support and mentorship to individuals in early recovery. Assist clients with accessing housing, benefits, and recovery services; facilitate peer-led groups; transport to appointments; document interactions in electronic records; participate in team meetings and community partnerships to support reintegration and long-term recovery.

The Recovery Mentor provides support services to patients, reinforcing treatment goals and connecting them to community resources, while promoting recovery-oriented lifestyles.
