Provide hands-on nursing care for individuals in withdrawal or acute intoxication: admission screenings, nursing assessments, monitor withdrawal symptoms, administer medications, document in EMR, respond to crises, coordinate care and transfers, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and provide sobering medical monitoring to ensure patient safety and stabilization.

Lead and supervise sobering nursing staff providing assessment, monitoring, emergency response, and trauma-informed care for acutely intoxicated patients. Ensure compliance, support quality improvement, coordinate with clinical teams, manage scheduling and on-call coverage, and mentor staff to improve clinical judgment and outcomes.

Provide direct patient care in an Opioid Treatment Program: intake, vitals, medication reconciliation and administration, EKGs, phlebotomy, urine toxicology, EMR documentation, care coordination, and emergency response while following OTP protocols.
