Develop and execute TikTok-native content, creator, affiliate, and social commerce strategies for a global beauty client. Identify emerging trends, creators, communities, and commercial opportunities; translate platform insights into content, product, packaging, and formula innovation recommendations. Partner cross-functionally with creative, marketing, innovation, product, and commerce teams across global and U.S. organizations. The role requires hands-on execution, senior stakeholder influence, and onsite work in El Segundo three days weekly.

Supports a global beauty client's marketing team across campaign and concept development, product launches, trend and competitive research, creator monitoring, presentation creation, marketing calendar management, project coordination, product sample logistics, inventory, purchase orders, and administrative operations.

Creates commercial AI-generated still images and videos from brief through final delivery. Develops visual concepts, storytelling, shot design, and finished work using generative AI alongside compositing, retouching, color grading, VFX, and other post-production techniques. Collaborates with creative and production teams, incorporates client feedback, guides junior artists, works directly with clients when needed, and helps establish evolving AI workflows and best practices.
