Coordinate multiple AI-driven creative production projects from kickoff through delivery. Maintain schedules, asset trackers, revisions, approvals, documentation, and quality control while coordinating producers, artists, freelancers, and technical teams. Identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, track resources and AI production credits, support freelancer onboarding, and improve workflow systems. The role requires strong organization, communication, proactive problem-solving, and familiarity with creative production workflows in a hybrid New York environment.

Develop and execute elevated visual concepts for luxury beauty brand campaigns, social content, retail signage, packaging, customer experiences, and other brand touchpoints. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, project managers, and creative directors; present creative vision, incorporate feedback, and manage multiple projects while maintaining strong design quality and brand consistency.

Supports global beauty marketing campaigns, product launches, trend and competitive research, creator monitoring, marketing calendars, presentations, product samples, project coordination, and basic accounts payable processes. The role requires strong organization, visual communication, PowerPoint skills, beauty and social media knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hybrid environment.
