Own key client relationships and guide projects from brief to delivery. Serve as client liaison to creative, production, post, CGI, and studio teams; manage scope, budgets, timelines, approvals, quality, and account growth across multiple concurrent projects.

Lead technical discovery and build a gesture- and voice-interactive LED installation using TouchDesigner. Implement real-time video segmentation/compositing, depth/gesture tracking, speech-to-text, conversational AI, and generative visuals for a spherical LED display; prototype, map/calibrate, optimize, document, and support on-site deployment.

Own a defined product area and lead features from discovery through launch and iteration. Conduct user research; write requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; prioritize backlog and partner with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams. Drive product activities for an engineering team, use data and customer feedback to inform decisions, and support launches, positioning, and long-term roadmap planning.
