Provides cross-department IT support for casino operations, including SYNKROS, gaming, point-of-sale, reporting, hardware, software, user access, printers, and basic networking. Maintains data integrity, prepares and imports patron and operational data, manages promotions and incentives, troubleshoots discrepancies, coordinates with vendors, documents system changes, and provides on-call support. The role also requires compliance with gaming regulations, internal control standards, and tribal and state certification requirements.
