Oversee daily front office and guest services operations, supervise staff, manage check-in/out and PBX/night audit functions, resolve guest issues, maintain reporting and inventory, and support recruitment and training to ensure excellent guest experiences.

Drive new business and grow existing accounts across corporate, association, government, SMERF, sports, tour & travel, entertainment and leisure markets. Manage full sales cycle from prospecting and contracting through event execution and post-event relationship management. Collaborate with Revenue Management, Operations, Catering, and Marketing to meet revenue goals, prepare proposals, maintain CRM records, conduct site inspections, and represent the hotel at industry events.
