Build and operate software powering Coco’s robotic delivery platform, including consumer and merchant products, order integrations, delivery management, logistics, internal tools, and robot device infrastructure. Own products through design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams, propose technical solutions, manage projects for junior engineers, and report on impact.

Own Coco’s Los Angeles autonomous delivery operation, including fleet health, deployment zones, uptime, delivery metrics, merchant onboarding, incident resolution, and local team management. Hire, train, schedule, and oversee operations staff and contractors while tracking KPIs and driving continuous improvement. Represent Coco with merchants, community members, local press, and city officials. The role requires hands-on field leadership and flexibility to work non-standard hours.

As City Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day operations in New Jersey, ensuring fleet health and merchant success while managing a team and driving performance metrics.
