Provides administrative and customer service support in a university student housing management office. Responsibilities include answering phones, assisting residents with management processes, work orders, and key access, maintaining confidentiality, enforcing residence hall and university policies, and completing other assigned tasks. The role requires professional communication, strong customer service, troubleshooting abilities, and adherence to schedules and dress code.

Prepares monthly and annual GAAP financial statements, reconciliations, journal and transaction reviews, budget-to-actual analyses, fixed asset and depreciation records, and financial reporting for assigned student housing properties. Provides accounting guidance, researches reporting issues, supports site management, assists with year-end close and third-party audits, and analyzes profitability, capital expenditures, and operating performance.
