Leads discovery and process analysis across digital marketing and technology teams. Maps current workflows, designs future-state processes, defines requirements, decision logic, governance, reporting, and acceptance criteria, and supports workflow automation, AI-assisted processes, implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Supports global Data, AI, and Systems initiatives through portfolio maintenance, governance coordination, reporting, documentation, stakeholder communications, and project tracking. The role prepares meeting materials, dashboards, action logs, and governance packs; maintains collaboration platforms; supports change adoption; and identifies opportunities for process improvement, automation, and AI-enabled efficiency. It is designed for an early-career professional with 1–3 years of coordination, operations, business analysis, data operations, or technology experience.

Plans, coordinates, executes, and reports on testing for data platforms, ETL/ELT processes, business intelligence, reporting, and analytics solutions. Develops test plans and cases, executes regression and automated testing, manages defects, tracks KPIs, and communicates results. Collaborates with Data Engineers, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure solutions meet functional and technical requirements while improving testing processes, automation, and data quality.
