As Global Product Manager you will define product strategy, identify market opportunities, and lead product development, launch, and lifecycle activities for implantable hearing solutions. Work cross-functionally with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Marketing and regional teams to support global launches, commercialization, training, and continuous product improvement. Provide market insights, build business cases, monitor product performance, and drive portfolio roadmapping to deliver customer value and business growth.

Partner with senior leaders across global business units to lead organisational capability, change and talent programs. Deliver enterprise people initiatives, coach leaders, use workforce data to inform decisions, and drive continuous improvement in People & Culture practices.

Lead Cochlear's commercial operations in the Philippines by developing and executing market strategy and business plans, managing distributor relationships, driving professional and government engagement, supporting patient demand generation and marketing, and achieving revenue, unit growth, market share and profitability targets.
