Administer HR systems, maintain employee data integrity, create workforce reports and dashboards, support benefit administration and open enrollment, track compliance requirements, and improve HR processes. The role serves as an HR systems and benefits subject matter expert, troubleshoots HRIS issues, coordinates with vendors, supports regulatory reporting, develops documentation, and provides workforce insights to HR leadership.

The Human Resources Generalist partners with employees and managers on HR policies, employee relations, compliance, training, performance management, benefits, leave administration, workers’ compensation, unemployment claims, recruiting, and HR documentation. The role monitors regulatory changes, maintains confidential employee records, supports learning and development programs, and advises management on investigations and corrective actions. Travel to territory locations and out-of-town training may be required.

Supports the sales team by developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, creating selling strategies, and helping close deals. Analyzes sales performance, margins, market activity, and competitor information to grow volume and profitability. Receives cross-functional training, assists with coaching and mentoring staff, maintains account standards, and travels to company locations up to 20%.
