Supports Profit Growth Management and Planning by rotating through demand, supply, production, logistics, capacity, and network planning functions. The role improves planning processes, supports transformational projects, develops operational solutions, and coordinates cross-functional planning activities. Leads HR compliance, operations, governance, systems administration, data governance, workforce reporting, and process improvement. Oversees employment compliance programs, audits, HR lifecycle workflows, Dayforce HRIS administration, data quality, dashboards, and analytics. Partners with Legal, Payroll, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and operational leaders to improve controls, automate processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver efficient employee experiences. Manages cross-functional projects and develops HR Operations team members.

Develop new on-premise business within an assigned territory by prospecting, acquiring outlets, establishing accounts, recommending brands and equipment, and transitioning customers into ongoing distribution. Responsibilities include lead generation, face-to-face selling, financial analysis, account setup, delivery coordination, performance tracking, and managing complex customer relationships. The role requires extensive direct sales experience, a valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, insurance, and a clean driving record.
