Handles inside sales for waterworks products by assisting contractors, architects, engineers, and other customers with product selection, purchasing, pricing, and order fulfillment. Supports outside sales, maintains inventory awareness, develops product knowledge, promotes new products, and increases sales, profitability, and customer loyalty. The role requires blueprint reading, contractor plan takeoffs, customer service, sales experience, physical ability, and potential forklift operation.

Paid 10-week summer internship introducing students to plumbing, HVAC, waterworks, and electrical distribution operations. Responsibilities include database data entry, customer assistance, inventory restocking, vendor interaction, and learning inside, counter, showroom, outside sales, branch, and warehouse functions. Interns will complete and present a project designed to improve operations. The role requires 35–40 hours weekly, strong technical and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and minimal travel to other branches or distribution centers.

Drive sales growth by acquiring new electrical accounts and growing existing customers. Provide exceptional customer service, introduce products, develop technical knowledge, and travel to customer and branch locations. Perform physical, warehouse, and field tasks as needed.
