Lead internal proposal efforts: organize, write, edit, and produce proposals and interview presentations. Maintain proposal and team resume data in Deltek Vantagepoint, coordinate with marketing and professional services, perform self QA/QC, and support client and community relationship-building under tight deadlines.

Designs and analyzes gas utility pipeline and relocation projects, including HDD, regulator stations, relief sizing, feasibility studies, and as-built records. Coordinates engineering tasks, reviews quality and compliance, supports project managers, leads meetings, communicates with clients, evaluates field issues, and assists with scheduling, profitability, onboarding, and staff training. The role combines office-based engineering with occasional client and outdoor site visits and is eligible for hybrid work after training.

Supports project managers and engineers with civil engineering design, calculations, analysis, field visits, drawing packages, specifications, estimates, and task management. The role assists with resolving design conflicts, ensuring code compliance, and using engineering software. Work is primarily in person, with travel to project sites and offices as needed. The position is intended for civil engineering interns and entry-level graduate engineers.
