Manage small-to-moderate municipal AEC projects from scope and budget through delivery. Prepare SOWs, schedules, proposals, and invoices; enforce QA/QC and contract compliance; coordinate clients, multidisciplinary teams, and subcontractors; supervise staff development and ensure timely communication and regulatory permitting for water/wastewater and utility projects.

The Senior Project Manager will manage complex municipal projects, oversee financial management, ensure compliance, and lead team development while promoting client satisfaction.

Perform municipal civil engineering design and analysis (drainage, roadway, sanitary sewer, waterline, traffic control), produce construction documents, apply QA/QC, use Civil 3D/OpenRoads and related software, collaborate with project teams and clients, assist junior staff onboarding, and perform field observations and permit coordination.
