Lead municipal civil engineering projects from planning through construction administration. Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, invoicing, client relations, QA/QC, and multidisciplinary teams. Prepare SOWs, LOEs, proposals, technical reports, and ensure regulatory compliance. Mentor junior staff and coordinate with marketing for RFQs and pursuits. Use Microsoft Project and Bluebeam to support project delivery.

Lead internal proposal efforts: organize, write, edit, and produce proposals and interview presentations. Maintain proposal and team resume data in Deltek Vantagepoint, coordinate with marketing and professional services, perform self QA/QC, and support client and community relationship-building under tight deadlines.

The Project Engineer will design, analyze, and manage municipal projects, ensuring compliance, quality control, and effective communication with clients and team members.
