The Senior Project Manager will manage complex municipal projects, oversee financial management, ensure compliance, and lead team development while promoting client satisfaction.

Perform municipal civil engineering design and analysis (drainage, roadway, sanitary sewer, waterline, traffic control), produce construction documents, apply QA/QC, use Civil 3D/OpenRoads and related software, collaborate with project teams and clients, assist junior staff onboarding, and perform field observations and permit coordination.
