Develop and execute full-lifecycle growth marketing programs for new customer acquisition and expansion across North America and EMEA. Manage multi-channel campaigns, account-based marketing, automation, intent orchestration, customer advocacy, content programs, sales enablement, and performance optimization. Partner closely with Sales and Revenue Operations while using intent signals, CRM data, and automation tools to accelerate pipeline and improve conversion.

Provides executive and leadership support to the CEO and ELT, including calendar and email management, board scheduling, travel and expenses, meetings, events, presentations, project tracking, and confidential communications. The role requires strong organization, discretion, adaptability, and relationship-building in a fast-paced technology environment. This is a contract position covering maternity leave, requiring U.S. residence and availability during Eastern Time business hours.

Leads product strategy, discovery, prioritization, delivery, measurement, and go-to-market adoption for cybersecurity platform features and integrations. Represents customer needs, aligns engineering and cross-functional stakeholders, defines success metrics, and maintains technical fluency in vulnerability management, offensive security, and pentesting workflows.
