Supervise internal quality/inspection team to reduce defects and improve outgoing product quality. Implement inspection/testing procedures, lead continuous improvement and Lean initiatives, train and mentor inspectors, gather and analyze quality metrics, and support product release and manufacturing process improvements.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma in a manufacturing environment. Facilitate Kaizen events, perform root cause analysis, develop standardized work, analyze performance data, train teams, and report KPIs and cost savings to leadership.

Acts as first point of contact at KS and TN plants, handling reception duties, executive administrative support for the Brand President (calendar, travel, reports), store operations assistance (customer service, supplies), general administrative tasks, documentation, and confidentiality-sensitive work.
