Provides administrative and communication support to the sales team and dealer network. Responsibilities include monitoring dealer inventory, reviewing boat invoices, administering discounts, maintaining sales documentation and contact lists, tracking boat show results, handling dealer and retail inquiries, supporting dealer training and meetings, and assisting with plant tours and sales events.

Serves as a technical expert in process engineering, supporting manufacturing process improvement and production operations. Responsibilities include solving production problems, developing and documenting processes and work instructions, eliminating non-value-added activities, creating CAD layouts, addressing quality issues, and participating in Lean and Kaizen events. The role works in a manufacturing environment with moving equipment, chemicals, vibration, extended workdays, and possible overtime.
