Serve as first point of contact and receptionist for KS and TN plants; provide executive administrative support to the Brand President; assist with store operations, vendor coordination, supplies, scheduling, travel arrangements, reports, and events; maintain documentation, confidentiality, and a welcoming front desk.

Lead plant-wide continuous improvement to reduce Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) in premium boat manufacturing. Drive root-cause problem solving (A3, 8D, DMAIC), deploy Lean tools (standard work, 5S, visual management, LPA), improve flow, takt and FPY, coach teams, translate warranty/dealer feedback into corrective actions, and deliver measurable COPQ and throughput improvements while preserving brand quality.

Lead plant-level quality activities to reduce scrap, rework, and COPQ. Drive root-cause investigations (8D, 5 Whys), implement CAPA, maintain control plans, perform audits, support NPI and supplier quality, and lead continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) projects to improve product and warranty metrics.
