Monitor live camera feeds, alarms, access control, and autonomous security robot patrols; assess and tag incidents, follow escalation protocols, communicate with clients, log reports, and escalate operational issues to Engineering or Support.

Build and own real-time security dashboards, event triage UIs, and fleet management tools. Implement interactive UIs (canvas rendering, data visualization, WebRTC), extend GraphQL APIs and Django backend, optimize PostgreSQL schemas, ship end-to-end features, collaborate with ML teams, maintain observability, and participate in code reviews and on-call rotations.

The Reserve Engineer maintains and services robot hardware, communicates with team members, addresses hardware failures, and assists with new deployments at client sites.
