Leads engineering squads in delivering reliable, scalable, high-quality software. Provides technical direction, establishes engineering standards, manages technical debt, improves platform reliability and delivery flow, and partners with Product, Delivery, and QA leadership. Develops engineers and technical leads, manages onshore and offshore partners, removes blockers, and aligns engineering practices with business objectives.

Leads finance for a customer segment, serving as a strategic partner to senior leadership. Owns planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance management, commercial finance, pricing, profitability, cost productivity, working capital, cash, governance, controls, and risk escalation. Leads the segment finance team and coordinates with Group Finance and shared services across a global matrix.

Supports and improves enterprise business applications, primarily Salesforce and integrated ERP platforms. Responsibilities include application configuration, administration, solution design, integrations, Quote-to-Cash processes, release management through Azure DevOps, technical documentation, security compliance, monitoring, and issue resolution. The role translates business requirements into scalable solutions and collaborates with analysts, QA, and technical teams to maintain reliable, secure, and supportable systems.
