Oversee the HR department’s daily operations, including payroll, benefits, compliance, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, records, workplace policies, and health and safety. Advise employees and managers, maintain regulatory compliance, support audits, analyze HR metrics, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Connects students and families with behavioral health, substance use, and social service providers. Coordinates warm handoffs, tracks referrals through treatment engagement, resolves access barriers, provides brief case management, maintains confidential documentation, supports crisis referral protocols, collaborates with schools and clinicians, and maintains youth behavioral health resource directories.
