Provides executive administrative and operational support through calendar and email management, meeting coordination, CRM maintenance, client follow-up, team action-item tracking, compliance deadline monitoring, and process improvement. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, and on-site collaboration to help leadership and teams operate efficiently.
