Support B2B customers by onboarding and implementing the platform, providing product training, driving adoption and retention, resolving issues, handling escalations, and sharing customer feedback with Product and Engineering. The role requires strong communication, product knowledge, responsiveness, problem-solving, and phone-based customer support. It is hybrid in Draper, Utah, three to four days per week, with some early morning hours.

The Product Marketing Manager at Coast will support new product marketing efforts, contribute to positioning and messaging, execute product launches, and foster customer engagement and adoption to drive business growth.

Lead and coach a co-located engineering team to ship features that grow fleet adoption. Set technical direction, partner with Product and Design, implement AI-driven features, improve delivery practices, hire and develop engineers, and build a high-performance inclusive culture.
