Lead FP&A and strategic finance activities, partnering with Marketing, Sales, Product, and operations. Own executive and board reporting, annual planning, forecasting, driver-based financial modeling, headcount planning, unit economics, cohort analysis, and capital markets support. Establish reliable KPI definitions and data-driven reporting processes while translating financial plans into actionable business targets. Work directly with SQL and data warehouse systems and use automation and AI to improve finance operations.

Own the full B2B sales cycle for fleet businesses with 50–1,000 vehicles, from outbound prospecting and inbound lead conversion through negotiation and close. Build pipeline, exceed quotas, advise decision makers, demonstrate Coast’s fintech products, and expand customer relationships across the product suite. Collaborate with marketing, product, finance, and risk while helping develop the sales organization and using AI tools to improve sales productivity.

Investigate BSA/AML/OFAC alerts, identify suspicious activity, support UAR filings, apply sanctions controls, and monitor compliance risks. Conduct QA testing for ECOA, SCRA, and FCRA adherence; analyze transaction data with SQL; respond to audits and regulatory requests; track AML metrics; and help build policies, processes, documentation, and corrective actions while partnering with Legal, Risk, Product, banking partners, and internal teams.
