Serve as the CEOs primary operating partner, representing the CEO, running executive cadence, tracking decisions, and driving high-priority cross-functional strategic projects. Provide research, analysis, and board materials; improve executive team effectiveness; and own end-to-end initiatives to unblock and accelerate company goals.

Manage and coach a 10-person BDR team to generate outbound qualified opportunities. Oversee onboarding, refine outbound and lead-scoring processes, implement AI-native and automation workflows using the rev-ops stack, build reporting and dashboards, run test-and-learn experiments, and partner cross-functionally with AEs, marketing, and sales ops to increase product attach rates and pipeline quality.

Prospect named enterprise fleet accounts, run disciplined outbound outreach, build qualified pipeline for Enterprise AEs, represent Coast at industry events, maintain account data in Salesforce, and develop deep expertise in fleet and fuel payments.
