Leads consumer care and collections operations, overseeing staffing, employee performance, client services, reporting, compliance, process improvement, business systems, and contract success. Coaches and develops staff, manages performance and profitability issues, supports recruiting and training, reviews collection and commission reports, maintains policies and records, coordinates business development, and ensures service quality. The role requires hybrid workplace presence, occasional weekend and evening work, and travel that may include overnight stays.

Leads company-wide budgeting, forecasting, pricing, financial modeling, profitability analysis, and operational financial analysis. Partners with executives and business leaders to support pricing, resource allocation, contract performance, investments, and long-term planning. Develops financial models, forecasts, dashboards, management reports, variance analyses, and scenario plans. Evaluates contract and business-unit profitability, identifies risks and opportunities, improves planning processes, and provides actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
