Supports marketing objectives through proposal and RFP production, opportunity tracking, competitive research, campaign development, inventory management, conference logistics, website registration, surveys, and marketing database updates. Coordinates team schedules and deadlines, maintains marketing materials, researches procurement and industry websites, and assists with sales proposal creation. Requires strong organization, communication, research, time-management, and Microsoft Office skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Leads company-wide budgeting, forecasting, pricing, financial modeling, profitability analysis, and operational financial analysis. Partners with executives and business leaders to support pricing, resource allocation, contract performance, investments, and long-term planning. Develops financial models, forecasts, dashboards, management reports, variance analyses, and scenario plans. Evaluates contract and business-unit profitability, identifies risks and opportunities, improves planning processes, and provides actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, pricing, financial modeling, and profitability analysis. Support executive decision-making, develop contract-level profitability and pricing models, maintain rolling forecasts, produce management reporting and dashboards, and partner with operations and accounting. Oversee budget process, evaluate investments and contract performance, and improve FP&A processes. Role requires U.S. citizenship and security clearance eligibility.
