Supports dental front-office operations by assisting patients, managing appointments, billing, insurance verification, claims, payments, deposits, documentation, safety compliance, and team communication. The role also handles patient complaints, treatment plan explanations, end-of-day procedures, chart reviews, and administrative coordination in the Office Manager’s absence.

Provides front-desk support for a dental office by greeting and assisting patients, managing registration, scheduling and confirming appointments, verifying insurance, obtaining pre-authorizations, completing check-in and checkout, maintaining patient charts, and handling clerical tasks. The role requires professional customer service, organization, multitasking, and familiarity with dental terminology, insurance processes, office software, and preferably EagleSoft.

Manages dental office operations, including hiring and training staff, performance oversight, patient communication, insurance processes, financial controls, scheduling, payroll, inventory, compliance, safety, and coordination between corporate and office teams. The role may provide coverage across multiple offices and requires knowledge of healthcare and dental office workflows.
