Provides evening and weekend customer support through email, chat, and phone, troubleshooting product and account issues while meeting service-level targets. Maintains customer records in Salesforce and Intercom/Zendesk, manages data imports and migrations, and supports documentation, billing, and operational projects during quieter periods. The role is fully remote, based in the Philippines, and offers development pathways into implementation, customer success, or systems and data roles.

Own end-to-end implementation and long-term success for 2–3 enterprise SaaS accounts. Configure workflows, lead discovery, testing, go-live, change management, training, adoption, account health, renewals, and expansion. Build scalable implementation playbooks, templates, documentation, and training materials while partnering with Product and Engineering on customer feedback and adoption barriers.

Lead multiple SaaS implementations from kickoff through go-live and customer handoff. Responsibilities include workflow discovery, platform configuration, automation design, integrations, data migration, testing, training, documentation, risk management, and troubleshooting. The role requires translating complex operational processes into scalable no-code or low-code solutions while coordinating with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and international customers.
