Lead development of an internal AI platform and orchestration components to deploy Agents and RAG pipelines. Build core infrastructure, SDKs, APIs, and data pipelines; collaborate with applied scientists, data engineers, SRE, and QE; design developer-facing interfaces; ensure operational excellence, observability, and testable, production-grade AI services.

The Capacity Program Manager will oversee operations with insurance and reinsurance partners, manage compliance, audits, and internal product development, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams.

Develop and manage broker relationships to drive qualified opportunities and sales; track sales activities; manage post-sale partner success; advise brokers on product features, adoption trends, and risk mitigation to meet business goals.
