Coordinate and localize marketing programs for Australia, support events and field marketing, manage timelines and vendors, partner with content/creative/PR teams, gather market insights, and measure program outcomes to optimize campaigns.

Own marketing performance analytics across Coalition’s insurance and cybersecurity businesses. Analyze funnels, campaigns, attribution, pipeline, and revenue; synthesize data from CRM, marketing automation, advertising, web analytics, and sales systems; develop measurement frameworks and dashboards; identify actionable recommendations; and present analytical narratives to marketing and executive leadership while partnering with data, sales, and marketing operations teams.

Build and improve Coalition’s underwriting Workbench, a data-heavy frontend platform used by underwriters. Develop fast, reliable interfaces for complex workflows and AI-assisted underwriting, integrate REST APIs, manage application state, diagnose performance issues, and collaborate with Product, Design, backend engineers, and users. Contribute through testing, code reviews, reusable components, and technical roadmap development.
