Leads organization-wide grant reporting, including report authorship, deadline and calendar management, funder data tracking, and Salesforce record maintenance. Oversees analysts, establishes reporting standards, ensures accurate quantitative and qualitative outcome data, collaborates with program leadership, and supports organizational understanding of program impact through analysis, visualization, and presentations.

Provides on-site case management and supportive services to formerly homeless tenants with special needs in permanent supportive housing. Conducts assessments, develops service plans, coordinates health, employment, education, benefits, and housing resources, supports tenancy stability, mediates disputes, delivers life-skills programming, maintains client records, enters data, and prepares progress reports. The role collaborates with property management, mental health providers, and public service agencies while helping tenants transition to independent housing.
