Leads the workforce development, housing, and support services portfolio for a nonprofit organization. Oversees program strategy, service delivery, budgets, compliance, performance measurement, department directors, staff development, and annual planning. Partners with executive leadership, funders, government agencies, and community stakeholders to improve programs, secure grants, allocate resources, and achieve measurable client and community impact.

Leads comprehensive support services for workforce development participants, including housing, transportation, childcare, mental health, and legal aid referrals. Manages funder relationships, grant compliance, reporting, Salesforce-based data tracking, community partnerships, and Training Center operations. Collaborates with executives, oversees personnel processes, and ensures support programs align with organizational strategy and government funding requirements.

Leads workforce development programs serving opportunity youth and unemployed or underemployed adults. Supervises staff, volunteers, and interns; oversees participant recruitment, enrollment, case management, education and training coordination, WIOA compliance, data quality, grant performance, reporting, and customer engagement. Builds partnerships with community organizations and government agencies, monitors performance dashboards and participant outcomes, supports strategic planning, and ensures implementation of the organization’s service delivery model.
