Lead and coordinate internal teams and regional coalition partners to support families impacted by immigration enforcement. Manage grant compliance, reporting, subgrantee oversight, budgets, convenings, and technical assistance. Serve as liaison between affected families and legal/social service teams and support creation of programs and processes for rapid response efforts.

Serve as the organization's chief legal advisor ensuring legal compliance and ethical practice across programs. Oversee policies, contract and risk management, quality control, and litigation strategy. Mentor and train legal staff, review complex casework, coordinate with external counsel, and support system-changing impact litigation while strengthening internal legal systems.

The Staff Attorney provides legal assistance in immigration matters, represents clients in hearings, supervises staff, and engages in community outreach and reform advocacy.

The Managing Attorney (PSA) oversees legal services programs, managing contracts, training staff, ensuring compliance, and providing legal support in immigration law.
