Provide compassionate funeral services including client liaison, planning and conducting funerals, preparing and transporting deceased, managing team and meeting service KPIs while adhering to health and safety and regulatory checks.

Support Billing and Admin Manager by reviewing and processing large volumes of invoices, managing supplier disputes, identifying process improvements, producing process documentation, training and supporting team members, and assisting with other team responsibilities to ensure smooth billing operations.

Provide compassionate, professional support to bereaved families, manage funeral arrangements and documentation, maintain a clean and safe funeral home, use digital systems for client records and invoicing, and assist with the physical care and movement of the deceased (training provided).
