Lead business analysis across complex, cross-functional transformation programmes. Translate strategy and business architecture into requirements and user stories, facilitate stakeholder workshops, analyse and simplify end-to-end processes, assess impacts/risks, and coach Business Analysts to improve standards, tools and delivery quality.

Manage seasonal demand planning and purchase stock across chilled, ambient, and frozen categories. Analyse forecasts, maintain stock availability, support supplier performance and procurement for seasonal campaigns, lead supplier forecasting processes, and monitor account stock targets.

Provide compassionate support to families arranging funerals, manage client communication in-person and by phone, maintain a clean welcoming funeral home, use digital systems to handle documentation and invoicing, assist with manual handling and preparation of the deceased, and update client management records accurately.
