Lead and deliver change initiatives across pricing, promotions, trade and events planning. Manage projects end-to-end, assess impacts, identify risks and dependencies, run governance, build stakeholder relationships, embed changes into BAU, and gather feedback to improve outcomes for customers and colleagues.

Provide high-volume administrative support to probate case handlers: data entry, document handling, drafting letters, maintaining filing and task lists, using a case management system and Excel, and preparing cases for manager review.

Lead and evolve enterprise portfolio planning, bringing together strategy, finance, architecture and delivery. Build planning structures, track portfolio performance, surface risks and dependencies, facilitate prioritisation and funding decisions, and lead a team of portfolio managers to enable consistent, evidence-based delivery across products, projects and programmes.
