Own the end-to-end drafting, negotiation, amendment, signature, storage, and administration of business customer sales contracts. Advise sales, finance, legal, propositions, and operations teams; ensure contracts reflect approved commercial positions; identify and resolve risks, disputes, and compliance issues; and improve contract templates, terms, processes, and governance standards.

Own and develop the organisation’s range optimisation strategy, including range guardrails, store clustering, and range review processes. Lead and develop the Range Optimisation team, collaborate with customer and commercial stakeholders, and translate category strategies into optimised assortments. Use data, insights, tools, and systems to improve product ranges across stores, while supporting tests, trials, and change initiatives that deliver strong customer, commercial, and operational outcomes.

Provides compassionate funeral services by supporting ceremonies, leading teams, guiding clients, meeting service standards and KPIs, and maintaining community relationships. Duties include preparing, transporting, and caring for deceased individuals, conducting funerals, carrying the deceased when needed, and ensuring regulated work is handled by certified colleagues. The role includes evening and weekend on-call duties and requires a UK manual driving licence.
