Lead interaction and product design across complex digital initiatives, initially supporting Quick Commerce. Create accessible, user-centred experiences, conduct research, facilitate workshops, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and use data to measure impact. The role also involves coaching designers, influencing stakeholders, improving design practices, and leading work from discovery through delivery.

Deliver training and communications that improve colleagues’ data literacy and adoption of data products. Create accessible content, facilitate demonstrations and champion communities, analyze user statistics to measure tool uptake, and support the Data Culture Manager with change projects. The role also collaborates with the Microsoft Power Platform team to automate processes and promote effective data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Arrange and support funeral services while providing empathetic client assistance in person and by phone. Maintain a clean, safe funeral home; manage documentation, invoicing, and client records using digital systems; coordinate family visits; and assist with coffin handling and preparation of the deceased for viewing. The role requires discretion, accurate communication, basic numeracy, IT competence, and physical capability. Full training is provided, and no previous funeral industry experience is required.
