Own category performance by turning customer insight and sales data into range, pricing and promotional decisions. Influence senior partners, support category strategy, launch own-label products, brief commercial teams on cost/margin, and support forecasting and budgeting.

Provide administrative support for alcohol licensing and legislation: process applications and payments, manage paperwork and records, maintain GDPR-compliant data, assist licensing practitioners, liaise with stores and external authorities, and support licensing-related transformation projects.

Lead a supply chain category team to manage replenishment across sub-categories, optimise product availability and cost, deliver KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with commercial, operations, suppliers and distribution partners using forecasting and replenishment systems.
