Processes deposit operations activities including returned items, ACH transactions, account documentation, reconciliations, general ledger entries, exception lists, legal orders, Reg E claims, dormant accounts, escheatment, and check adjustments. Performs quality assurance and compliance reviews, assists customers with basic inquiries, researches transaction issues, maintains records, and supports other bank departments.
